Why we are consulting you about GMP

With EY, we are legally required to consult members about this conversion. There are a few different methods that pension schemes can use to remove any sex-based inequality caused by GMP. GMP conversion is one of these methods - and it is the one that we have chosen to use. We worked with lawyers and actuaries to reach this decision, and we are confident in the approach we have taken.
